Gail Stent and Judy Stokes are two creative photographers  keen to share their insights into creativity, and how they work, with photographers around New Zealand.
They have both won awards for their images Nationally and Internationally and use a variety of techniques and approaches that they would be happy to show you to help you unleash your creative potential and set alight your passion for photography. They will help you to let your camera become just a tool to express yourself and capture the essence of the moments found before you.
Gail and Judy have exhibited together numerous times for the Auckland festival of Photography, at Mairangi Arts Centre, Railway Street Studios, Studio 541 and Ocean View Art Gallery.  They are looking forward to exhibiting in 2022 for Artweek Auckland.  In their exhibitions they usually exhibit not only new individual works, but also composite works where they both contribute images to one collaborative piece of work.
Gail and Judy have been running workshops for quite a few years.  In 2019 they joined together and created Wild Child Photography workshops.  These are full day or weekend workshops where they share their creativity and inspiration.

Living at Muriwai beach, New Zealand I divide my time between being in nature with my camera and enjoying processing the outcome of those hours in my studio overlooking the sea. I love to share my work and exhibit regularly throughout New Zealand. I also compete in various competitions nationally and internationally and am proud to be an accredited PSNZ photographic judge.
I have images enjoying homes all over the world. I also love to share my knowledge and skills with others and do this through my workshops at Muriwai and my Wild Child Photography workshops that Gail Stent and I give around New Zealand. The two day photographic retreats held at Muriwai are a wonderful opportunity for others tap into their creativity and enjoy this beautiful place with me.
When I discovered Photoshop, my world was opened and I began to passionately improve my photography skills and create my own images with post production in my digital darkroom.   I have developed a passion for Fine Art photography creating images as a form of art and not necessarily just to capture the moment.
I have gained success and enjoyment in competing in competitions nationally and internationally.  I also create Audiovisuals for my own pleasure as well as competition.  I'm proud to be an accredited PSNZ audiovisual judge. .
